Hue outdoor calla weird behavior

I have had hue outdoor calla lights for 5 years. 5 in the front and 5 in the back. Last night for the first time in all those years my front 5 all showed unreachable. They would not turn on either when I unplugged and plugged them back in still nothing.

Magically around 4pm next day they magically turned on and came online.

This has to be a power supply issue if anything i assume? They should at least turn on when I plug them in. But last night they didn't. No idea what changed though or why they magically powered on today at 4 and now they are working.

I'm going to buy another power supply just Incase but was just curious if anyone else has came across this. I have had no issues for the past 5 years until yesterday.
