Experience using Airpods with Samsung Galaxy?

Hi.

I’m getting a new phone, and looking to get a samsung galaxy! They look promising for what I need in a device!

I’m a current apple user, and have a pair of Airpods.

I did buy them last year, and am hoping to continue using them. I’ve seen some note that I won’t be able to check their battery life(which may pose only a slight issue, but overall not a huge one for me personally.) and there are other apple features I won’t be able to access, however, that doesn’t really matter to me.. from what I have seen, it’s the features I barely worried about using anyway.

I was just wondering if anyone could share their experience?

All i’d like to know really is if they connect to the Bluetooth with no issue, and play music and audio, and if the mic works without much issue.

The most important thing is getting them to play audio for me.
