PC Controller Help Please!!

Hello,

I am trying to play Nier Automata on my Mac (on Steam through Crossover) using my 8BitDo Ultimate 2 controller. The game is running perfectly fine, but the controller mapping, particularly on the right trigger and right joystick is making the camera uncontrollable. Right trigger seems to face towards my character if i tap it lightly and goes to the ground if i hold it. The default camera is above me (top down). The right bumper seems locked to the 'Pause' action. I've been on the controller mapping sections on Steam and in the game. I believe the issue is with the buttons on the controller in the back, but I am unsure.

Can someone please help me troubleshoot this?
