HELP! dog ate entire bag of old pepperoni

I need some help or advice, my 51 pound 3 year old dog ate an entire 5 oz bag of old pepperoni slices…I was throwing them away from my fridge and turned around for one second and they were gone 🤦🏽‍♀️ totally my fault. I already called the vet, they said to monitor her closely for a couple days, might expect some GI problems like diarrhea/ vomiting but I would like to say she has a stomach of steel, so hopefully that helps. I would really like to avoid an emergency vet visit as i just took her to the vet the other day for a check up/ shots which took a chunk out of my wallet, they said to induce vomiting and monitor her & five medication would be like 4-500$ and I just can’t do that right now. any advice or tips will help. I’ll feed her some bland chicken and rice tomorrow & day after. do you think she’ll be okay? i’m worried 😭
