Serious Concerns About Staff Treatment at Villa Park Maldives

I worked at Reddit and want to share my experience. Staff food quality needs improvement. It is often repetitive, tasteless, and not fresh. During Ramadan, better iftar options and quality fruits should be provided, but mostly low-quality meals are given. There is also a noticeable difference between food for management and staff. Employees work hard and deserve respect, good meals, and fair treatment. Even when leadership is present, these issues remain unresolved. My intention is not to defame anyone but to highlight concerns so improvements can be made.
