48h Suspension Expired But Still Locked Out – Anyone Experienced This?

Hey,

I got a 2-day suspension last Thursday around 8:30pm. It’s now been nearly a week since it started and several days past when it should’ve expired.

I’m still unable to access the game on my main account. My alt account works fine on the same console, so it seems account-specific.

This was my first suspension and I’ve already submitted a support ticket (only received the high-volume auto-reply so far).

Has anyone had a temporary suspension turn into a longer hold or review period like this? How long did it take before you heard back or regained access?

Just trying to understand if this is normal backlog or something else.
