Biopsy site feels weird

I had an excisional biopsy in the right supraclavicular region.

It's been 9 months since the operation and I'm 4 months in remission. The area feels stiff and weird than the other side. But there's no enlarged lymph nodes. It has been confirmed by a USG and clinical examination too.

Does anyone else feel the same?
