Sick for 8 days

I started GLP1 a week and a half ago, so I’ve had two doses. I took my first dose on a Sunday and on Tuesday I was sick. I could feel a lot of congestion in my head and light body aches so I figured I had a cold/flu-like condition or something. I did a tele-call with a doctor and got an antibiotic. Well, I’m still sick eight days later. Out of those eight days there were two days that I felt kind ok. The head/sinus situation is pretty much gone, so I’m thinking the antibiotic handled that. Has anybody else had flu- like symptoms for this long after taking your GLP1 for the first time? Now I have to add a very dumb and embarrassing detail. I accidentally doubled my dose on my first two injections, which are the only two I’ve had so far. 🫠I can’t believe I did that but I’m wondering if that can account for some of the way I’m feeling. I have light bodyaches, low energy and I just feel like I can’t move. Just sick. Like when you have the flu.😷
