Rental Units vs Farmland

General Investing

I'm 24 F, I have 1 million net worth. I'm really interested on investing sa real estate.

Budget for now 800k liquid.

Option 1: Rental units in a 66 sqm land. Beside our house. Land is given to me by my father. Isang compound kami.

Free land, father can help me with construction, and conevenient to manage since nasa tabi. with 800k I can build--- 2 rental unit first. To follow nalang yung another 2 units for 2nd floor.

Option 2: Buy farmland for 700k. It's 9,100 sqm. Almost 1 has. Being offered to me by arelative, dati nilang sinasakahan but now binebenta na ng owner. (Hindi na sumasaka yung relative ko dun now)

Clean title, a lot of future options (Farming, leasing, livestock, can build a bungalow house) It's also near in our area. Though, I'm not knowledgeable in farming. my relative said I can let someone farm on it and just ask for a percentage. Also, roads are built around the area... i can see it.. so future appreciation as well.

What do you think should I choose for now? For someone na mag sstart palang sa investing sa real estate. I need advice.
