Am I cooked for the EE?

I'm doing my EE in psychology, and I've been super lost on how to structure it, so lost that I haven't started writing. I've gone through example after example, but I'm still so lost. My draft is due at the end of next week, and I'm pretty worried that this procrastination will lead to an essay of really poor quality. Tips on where to go from here? And how to push through this unmotivated slump?
