Host is way too doubting

I dont know what i can do at this point. She's probably going to look at this post and say "damn i was acting so bad" no matter what i do its always her acting somehow. The worst part is i sometimes start to believe her as well, im more and more uncertain about myself as well. I cant push back because i lack emancipation(In reference to theory of structural dissociation) or separation. its not as if i can just take front and stop her. I cant do any flashy things to prove myself or induce much, which feeds more into her doubts which i guess is fair. she cant just let something exist without expectations or having it to fit in tiny boxes and labels. I appreciate any advice either towards me or her
