Odd readings

Context: Had my CPAP machine for 12 nights. Diagnosed with severe sleep apnea with 65 AHI.

Machine is an Airsense 11 Elite and Airfit F40 mask.

I have a full beard.

I saw an immediate, astonishing impact from night one - down to 1.8 events on night one and, until last night, less than 3 events every night since.

But, possibly because of my beard I have struggled with leak. An average of around 25 leaks per min with a few nights between 35 and 45.

Last night I spent ages fitting the mask and appeared to get the desired seal. I felt like I slept really well.

Checked the app this morning and my leaks per min was 9 but my events had shot up to 24.8 😩

I’m now panicking that my previous more leaky nights have been giving me wildly inaccurate readings and where I thought I was cracking this apnea thing it’s actually really still an issue.

I have an SD card on the but currently no data available beyond the app.

Any ideas?
