Tainted Grail Help

Has anybody gotten optiscaler working on tainted grail on the msi claw 8 ai, or at least gotten the game to a playable state, as on low 1440, I barely hit 30 fps on 17w tdp and it’s not a consistent 30 and I constantly get lag spikes.
