Mom is dying

My (24f) mom (53f) has ovarian cancer. We don’t use staging language in our country, but I believe it’s stage 4. She has cancer in her stomach, her lungs, and her intestines/colon. The cancer is platinum resistant. She has been on trodelvy for a few months, though a 30% dose as her body can’t handle full doses.

She is in the hospital now for a complete bowel obstruction. She has an NG tube and there’s talk of putting in a stent/tube in her stomach. They want to operate, but they’d have to put in a stoma, which they can’t as there’s too much cancer in the stomach.

I believe that if the obstruction doesn’t resolve, we’re talking days. Even if it does resolve, her time will be very limited. She also has a blood clot on her lung.

I’m scared but mostly numb. I don’t know what I want to achieve with this post. Does anyone have any advice, or experiences like this?
