Bite or something else?

Hello everybody! Wondering how worried I should be about this. My dog has this spot on her chest area and I can’t tell if it’s a bite or something else. For reference, it’s her and my other dog and cats at the house. We don’t go to dog parks (not any in our area) and she only goes in our fenced in yard. Now her and my puppy play pretty rough at times and both have had random scratches from using their teeth or paws when they play with eachother. This seems different than that and I’m not totally sure what it could be. I’ve google searched things and I get a multitude of things it can be. Wonder what your thoughts are and should I go seek immediate help?
