Seeking Other Owners of Tower 12A (Emerald Isle, Veridian Powai) – OC/Possession Delay

Hi all,

I’m a buyer in L&T - Tower 12A, Emerald Isle, Veridian, Powai. Original RERA possession was 31 July 2025, extended to 31 Jan 2026, but possession has not been offered.

I’ve repeatedly requested the developer (L&T Realty) for:

• OC status (application date, reference number, stage)

Responses so far have been generic, without specific updates.

Looking to connect with other owners in Tower 12A facing the same issue to share updates and possibly coordinate on claims.
