Name on Shortlisted List After TAG Test & Interview but No Email – Am I Placed?

I appeared for a TAG test and interview Through codevita . Recently, TNP shared a list of shortlisted students, and my name is on that list. However, I haven’t received any email or official communication yet. Does being on the shortlisted list mean I’m placed, or should I wait for an email confirmation? Has anyone experienced something similar?
