Alternate Exam

What's the likelihood of getting an alternate date for an exam due to two exams on the same day? I have one on 9am-noon and the other on 2pm-5pm. Both of them offer an alternate (for the same day lol) BUT I am not registered with ASCD. So I am basically wondering how strict the they are with this case :/
