need some real advice for biology preparation for NEET 2026

I’m currently in 12th and preparing for NEET 2026, but honestly, I’m hitting a massive wall with Biology lately. Everyone says Bio is the scoring part and you just need to memorize NCERT, but the more I read it, the more I feel like I’m just staring at words without actually absorbing the mechanisms. I`m so confused
