Artian Weapon Farm

hey guys, i recently, started to play Monster Hunter Wilds again with the TU4.5.

The last time i played was around the time where Mizu was added to the Game.

Now to my question - i do not have any god roll Artian Weapon (Lance) what would be the best way to farm the Materials needed to craft one, and after that to get a good Gogma Artian Weapon?

Thank you guys.
