Question about the prostate

I can milk my prostate drop for drop by applying firm pressure to the prostate in a come here motion. However, i have to press uncomfortably hard for the fluid to come out, otherwise it doesnt come out. What is going on. Why doesnt it regularly come out and why do i have to pressure so firmly? And is it dangerous? I didnt see any blood
