Legacy Health Application "Under Review"

I applied for an uncertified position through Legacy Health center since February 7th. I am still waiting for an update, and I don't want to be impatient but how long does this usually take? I tried to click the link "contact us" but it doesn't work on my end, and I wonder if it's just me or has it been happening to other people too?
