help!! are these normal side effects

so i have severe existential/death ocd to the point i couldn’t eat and was throwing up everything. i had been on meds for 2 years and had been fine and then i get this terrible rumination a millions times worse than before. my psychiatrist knew told me to start on sertraline 50mg but now hours later my eyes burn so terribly that i cant even open them, and my nose feels soooo dry. i dont mind the yawns and slight increase of anxiety that’s normal and goes away. but im getting stressed out about the eyes !!! has anyone else experienced this?
