Neighbour requesting access to property - what are my obligations?

In Melbourne.

If a neighbour requests access to my residential property in order to access and repair/replace something in their property, am I obligated to allow them access? Or am I entitled to deny access?

For context, the issue they want access to repair can be fixed from their side, but would be easier/quicker to access from my side.
