Bakit ayaw mo ma-promote?

Tanong ko lang sa mga CSR brothers and sisters natin sa BPO. Especially sa mga 5+ years na sa industry and piniling mag-stay sa CSR role. Ano ang reason kung bakit ayaw nyo ma-promote for any kind of support role?

CSRs are the backbone of call centers, no shade intent. Just curious, as someone approaching my 5th year sa industry...
