Paying Credit Card Bill ( through partner account on the addon card )

Hi community,

I have a question. I have both a primary credit card (Axis Atlas ) and an add-on card for my partner. I'd like to check if it's acceptable to make a credit card payment on the add-on card from my partner's bank account ?

As this payment would then be reflected in my primary credit card as well.
