Tapering

Hi. I’m currently tapering off of Mirtazapine. I’m down to. 7.5mg for 4 days. I was having nasty withdrawal so my dr put me on clomipramine earlier than we discussed to help cross taper. Night before last I woke up with a heat in my chest (no pain) think it was a severe panic attack. Anyone else have this from coming off Mirtazapine?
