Someone yelled at me and now i can't calm down

I go to university, today i drove there by myself and struggled to find parking, i saw other students parking inside the gates so i did the same but two teachers saw me and told me that students take too much space in that parking lot who's supposed to be for employees. I shut down and froze, i didn't say anything and waited for them to stop. Now i can't stop thinking about it, i didn't move the car because i really needed to go to the lesson, my heart is beating so fast...help.
