I am writing to sincerely thank you and the Supercell team for resolving the Supercell Store region issue so quickly.

Last week, I contacted your support team regarding a problem where the Supercell Store showed my region as Malaysia and displayed Malaysian currency, even though I am not located in Malaysia. Because of this, I was unable to make any purchases through the Supercell Store and could only buy items through the in-game store, which also meant I missed out on store rewards.

In my previous message, I explained that this seemed to be an international region problem and suggested adding a feature that allows users to change their region manually.

To my surprise, shortly after contacting support, I noticed that my region had already been updated correctly to Myanmar, and the currency changed to USD. Thanks to this, I can now purchase items normally from the Supercell Store.

I truly appreciate how fast your team listened and took action. This experience shows how much Supercell values user feedback whether it’s about bugs, recommendations, or reviews. Because of this positive experience, I even created a short video to express my appreciation.

Thank you again for your excellent support and for always listening to your community.

Best regards,

J Evan

Note:

At the end of 2025, I had already contacted Supercell with a similar message about this issue. However, my English at that time contained many spelling and grammar mistakes, so I believe my request may not have been clearly understood, and I did not receive a response.

From this experience, I feel that support outcomes may not depend only on the request itself, but also on factors such as account history, VPN usage, suspicious activity, or logging in from a new device which might cause the process to take longer.

Once again, thank you for your understanding and support.

Appreciate to Supercell!
