RBT recertification mishap

So I feel like this is mainly a vent post and maybe someone can relate…but recently I hit my one year as an RBT yayyyy and I needed to take my recertification to remain active and everything was going fine until my BCBA gave me the forms to upload which I did and the BACB website didn’t accept the forms even after I paid $50 for the recertification…I was confused why my documents weren’t processing and later got an email saying I needed a different form…long story short this new BCBA didn’t give me the right documents to upload therefore I became inactive and they removed both of my clients which left me without pay for a week until we get this figured out…I did everything right on my end and yet I’m the one getting screwed over and missing hours because a supervisor gave me the wrong forms…idk its really frustrating and upsetting and if this post isn’t meant for this forum I can delete it just had to vent to people who might understand the frustration behind this field and bad supervisors…I also reached out to do admin work to makeup the hours and none of the supervisors responded to me…I later showed up to clinic and front desk said I had to be “certified” to do admin even though I’ve worked there for a year…just craziness…
