I still haven't received the T26E5 pack

Steam support can't do much but refund(which it did) and WG support says that the payment hasn't reached them in the first place and just suggest to refund the purchase.

I have 2 accounts linked under same email and password. Before linking accounts like this, my previous attempt at purchasing the pack was successful (but I logged into the wrong WoT account). And now I am kind of stumped at what to do, because it seems like there isn't much I can do, since the interaction seemingly failed between Wargaming and Steam failed. Do you guys have any ideas what to do?
