Is North Bay the Best Place to Take C4 Corvette?

My mom's son is borrowing my other car, and my 1988 Corvette is dead due to a fan that won't stop running after I turn off the car. There is also a slowish coolant leak. I live in the woods with no bus stop anywhere nearby, so my boy and I are kind of stranded till we get this fixed.

Is North Bay Automotive the most suitable place to take it in Arcata? Or is there a better place? The reason I ask is because I've had issues in the past taking this car to places only to be told that it needs a more specialist shop after they've looked at it. I'm limited to Arcata due to my situation, and I haven't brought it to be serviced anywhere in Arcata yet.
