Can someone please comment who could contact my dad and best friend for me?

I lost them both so suddenly 6 months apart and they were my entire world. I just want to know if they’re okay. I love them with my entire heart and both of their passings were so tragic. Losing them ruined me and I spiraled for a long time into self destruction. I am trying to build myself and my life back up but I need to talk to them so badly and know their opinion of what I am doing to move forward.

My two most important people gone. It’s been a couple years and I still can’t breathe. I hope they know how much I adore them both. More than anything.
