How to get my first sale? Lots of add-to-cart but no purchases

Hi! I launched my Shopify store about 2 months ago, and I’m still struggling to get my first sale. I’m getting:

• people adding to cart
• visitors reaching checkout
• some adding multiple items

…but they never complete the purchase.

I’m not sure if it’s my:

• checkout settings
• payment options
• product pricing
• lack of reviews
• or overall trust issue

I really want to improve because I’m building this business with the long-term goal of retiring my parents early and giving them a better life. So I truly want honest feedback — harsh or not, I can take it.

• What is stopping people from finishing their purchase?
• Is my store giving a “dropship” vibe?
• Do I need more trust elements or reviews?
• Should I change my product titles or descriptions?
• Is my niche too saturated?
