See run time on watch AND phone while running?

Hi folks,

Relatively new user here. Is there a way to have the current run actively displayed on watch and phone? If I start it on the watch, it's not active on the phone and vice versa.

I was hoping connecting the watch as HR sensor when starting the run would be the way, but the watch doesn't show there - probably not identifying as HR sensor?

Thanks a lot!
