Advice for a girly trying to lose weight?
Hello, i'm a 20F girl. I'm recovered from a binge eating disorder, i no longer have binge episodes. However,i have insulin resistance and im taking metformin (glisulin). And i did a lot of progress a few months ago! but i gained some of the weight back and i'm finding it extremely difficult to lose my weight and keep my diet.
My pallet is short and limited since some childhood abuse made me not open to try new foods. So i'm a bit picky (mostly in vegetables)
I hate exercising and i hate the thought of doing again the diet i used to have, makes me angry when i think about it. I have a sugar addiction as well, mostly from sodas. And i struggle w including protein and portion control, also don't eat much vegetable i only eat broccoli, tomatoes, pumpkin, arugula, onion, cauliflower, cucumber, zucchini, sea weed, peppers, carrots. Going back to my diet makes me feel dull since eating is such an important experience for me and if i eat something i don't feel like it, it makes me feel not full.
I also do not wish to count calories or keep track of calories since, for me, my opinion, that's borderline ED behavior and i'm trying to avoid things that could possibly¿ trigger me
I do wish to lose the weight, but i do not want to sacrifice some of the things i eat like pizza or pastas. And i wish to lose about 20kg for october if it's possible, how can i manage to do that? any tips?
