Need improvements on knife throwing

Hi guys, i usually play support but after watching the JQ trailer, she seems so cool and now i’m planning on picking up tank, specifically JQ but what i notice is that i keep missing my knife throws, especially on flying targets like echo, mercy, etc. Any tips on how i can improve my knife throwing aim and predictability?
