Cusat ME

Is it hard to get into cusat Mechanical engineering dept?.. like, I'm an average student, i don't know how much rank I would get in the cat in +1 state boards, I had 97.5 % in pcm do you think I would get the rank needed for ME in cat?? And how much marks should I score to get the rank needed for cat?
