Let them bet their votes for challenge advantages

An idea for a new wrinkle:

Before a team challenge, let any individual risk their vote to give their team an advantage in the challenge (skip a stage, get extra time, etc.). If that tribe wins, the betting player keeps their vote and enjoys the win. If that tribe loses, the betting player loses their vote at the next tribal.

If a player from more than one team makes the bet, they both get the advantage, effectively nullifying it but leaving both votes at risk. Depending on the challenge, you could also allow multiple players from the same team to make the bet in the same challenge.
