Best Quantum Physics Textbooks?

Hi everyone, recently one of my professors said that every subject has atleast 1-3 textbooks that are considered the “greats” for that subject and I was wondering what that book is for Quantum Physics? I’m an Engineering student but want to get a minor or even a PHD in quantum physics and I was just wondering what book/textbook I can start learning from. I’ve already taken most of the necessary undergrad math and physics to begin to understand quantum physics. Thank you all in advance.
