Bluetooth speaker disconnects immediately when audio is paused on Windows (ASUS TUF F16)

I am using a Bluetooth speaker with my Windows laptop (ASUS TUF F16 2025, Intel i5 13th Gen 13450HX, RTX 5050). While watching movies or playing any audio, the sound works normally. However, the moment I pause the video or audio, the Bluetooth speaker immediately disconnects. When I resume playback, it takes time to reconnect, causing audio delay and sometimes it doesn't reconnect at all
