Why are Indore's companies like this ? Way worse than Lala Companies.

My wife is an experienced HR professional, earlier she was working for an advertisement firm in Ahemdabad. We are trying to find a job for her and just want to rant the experience.

1. A small ayurvedic product company at khajrana asked her to submit an assignment which included format of Offer letter and various policies relating to HR which she did then later the MD asks for an interview and asks to find a software which can track everything about the work done by everyone in the company on a daily basis, mind you he had the audacity to ask her to contact zoho and get quotations , we were wtf? Why would she? Why are they expecting free labour?

2. A small scammy cloud kitchen near satya sai school start up straight out asked to join from tomorrow without any offer letter or salary discussions, said we can discuss after you join? Again feels like free labour.

3. An IT company near apna sweets vijay nagar asked her to work at 20k for 3 months, then they will increase? Wtf? Why would she do that when in Ahembdabad she has started at 35k as a fresher?

4. An organic product company at gopur square legit told when we shortlist you we will ask you to work for one day and we will observe then confirm ?

This is just 4 of numerous interview experiences .
