How can I Improve my videos CTR with a Unique IP?

Hi everyone!

I recently decided to lock in on long form for my Youtube channel, after doing lots of shorts! On shorts I'm performing very well I think, but on Long form I have a huge problem.

I am a game developer and I make content about my game, now the thing is, I dont just Upload a simple dev log, I actually try to optimize my videos like a Youtuber, make an attractive Thumbnail and Title, but nevertheless Poor Results.

I keep seeing online how people share how a bad CTR is 2-3% and I'm like "What? Every Single long form I make doesint even pass 2%!", Always at around 1-2%, no matter how much I try to optimize! And I've so far Uploaded 10 long form.

Hence, I wanted to ask, is there anyone who has managed to succeed with Unique IP's and any advice how can I make people click on a video, which topic is not heard of, which in my case, is me making videos About My game?

My Youtube channel is linked in my bio, 'cause I think it's againts the rules to post here, Would Love some Feedback or possible solutions.

Thank You In Advance For Your Help! Cause I feel I'm stuck at this point.
