Instagram permanently disabled my business account with no warning — need help/advice

Today my Instagram business account got permanently disabled out of nowhere. I'm completely shocked because I never knowingly violated any rules.

What the notice says:

Reason: "Doesn't follow Community Standards on fraud and deception"

Disabled on: February 26, 2026

No further review possible

Data will be permanently deleted

About the account:

- Business account with 3,600+ followers

- Active account with regular engagement

- Had consistent ad spend on the platform

- No prior warnings or strikes

What I need help with:

- Has anyone successfully recovered an account after this?

- Is there any way to reach a real human at Instagram/Meta?

- Any forms or emails that actually work?

- Has anyone dealt with a false ban like this?

I genuinely have no idea what triggered this. Everything was running normally and then suddenly this. It feels like an automated system made a mistake.
