A little help with streamelements please

Hey guys i was wondering if you could please help me understand streamelements. Im trying to set up a message for when someone raids me. Could you please tell me if this is right. Ive gone over to models and toggled chat alerts, then ive toggled raids is that it? Is there a way to test this? Ive also set up a tips alert message and that never shows.

Ive parted the bot and ive re added it. Ive unmuted and un-ignored all the messages. Ive un modded the bot and added it back. Ive even logged out and logged back in. Is it just that simple to just toggled alerts for it to work? Because im not sure if im doing something wrong.
