Loud fights, can hear every word they say. Can hear that they've kicked and punched holes in doors and walls in the rental house.

Moved more people in so in breach of overcrowding laws.

Dog that I'm 99% sure is unapproved by the real estate constantly barking.

I'm sure the dog is unapproved because the real estate was very anal about the lawn care of that house and the owner recently did a lot of work in the yard.

If we call the real estate agency and report them, tell them they're disturbing us, will the real estate agency call them and talk to them about it?
