I just realized Plastic Beach is closer to Humanz than Humanz to The Mountain

• Humanz 2017
• The Now Now 2018

• The Mountain 2026

Plastic Beach > Humanz = 7 years The Now Now > Cracker Island = 5 years Humanz > The Mountain = 9 years

So Humanz is now closer to Plastic Beach than it is to The Mountain, which feels completely eerie.

In my head, Humanz still feels like the start of the new era. The modern Gorillaz sound. But timeline-wise, that is almost a decade old now.
