How do you stop the bleed before you nuke the roll?

Just punted two buy-ins like a clown and I’m sitting here tilted out of my mind.

I know the math. I know the spots aren’t there.

But once I start sliding I go full monkey mode.

Convince myself I can run the table.

Start blasting marginal hands.

Tell myself one more spin and I’m even

Yeah right.

Every time I say “last bullet” it’s never the last one.

It’s the one that sends me straight to dust.

How do you actually kill the tilt in real time?

Hard stop-loss? Auto log out? Smash the laptop?

Not blaming variance. This one’s on me.

Anyone here fixed this leak for good or are we all just pretending we have it under control?
