My brother is working with Forever Living Products. How do I convince him to leave this scam

So , a month ago all this started when he filled a form on insta and now he is just making calls all day and trying to get new members to add . Ig you guys already know what this FLP company do it's basically just one person recruit you and then you have to buy Thier product and sell them to get to higher position it's all about how job are worst and it's your own business. When they just want you to get new people to buy and you get the commission .

He is so brainwashed about this . Telling me how it's not what the company policy says and you don't understand how business works and he is not going to do 9 to 5 .

Help me how do I convince him to leave this . 😭
