Pc won't boot after memtest86+ failure

Open | Software

I was having some other issues with my pc so I wanted to check if my rams are not at fault, i installed memtest86+ on pendrive as instructed . I selected boot device from the bios and as the pc was restarting , a sudden power-cut happened (load shedding is very common where i live) and now the pc won't boot. All the led and fans are running but keyboard, mouse or monitor aren't getting any signal at all. No rgb on keyboard nor mouse. The local repair shop says the motherboard died so i need to buy a new one. Is it really the case? Are there no way to revive my pc?

My motherboard: Asus H510M-K
